Mr. Michael Simeon, chatting with PR Team

Narrating his life story to PRO, Mr Michael Simeon stated that he is the 4th of 6 children of his parents, but that he is the only one among his siblings that is this miniature, pointing out that God has a purpose for making everybody different and in particular ways. Mike asserted that his physical stature is unique and for a purpose, especially in his ambition to study in the university, become a graduate and work in the entertainment industry, acting movies and playing music. This he said will create opportunities for him and platforms to be seen and heard by the world. He did not fail to express his concern for the disabled and commitment to touching lives and putting smiles on the faces of people who see themselves as physically challenged.

Michael told Chris Akubuiro, during the chat, that growing up was not easy for him, especially back days in secondary school, when his peers mocked and called him half or quarter man whenever he asked them to assist him get things his hands could not reach, to the extent that he thought of taking his own life, as he could not understand why God chose to make him this small. He however said with every confidence, that all those discouragements and mockery could not kill his determination to get to where he is today, iterating that what made it possible was that he tried to make himself unique for which many students and even lecturers are so fond of and attracted to him. He made bold to state that he has so many fans in the school and outside the campus, such that he could  affirm that he remains the most popular student in the University, having been nominated the most popular student in AE-FUNAI in the 2018/ 2019 academic session.

In his parting words, Mr Simeon urged people especially his fellow students, not to take their lives in any condition they found themselves, rather to see and accept it as an opportunity to be stronger, build positive mindset about God and creation, as everything created by God is unique and for a purpose. ‘’Just remain focused, have trust in God, your dreams will come true and your visions actualized’’, he said.
