The Special Adviser to the Honourable Minister of State for Education, Chief Frank Ibezim has donated 200 tree seedlings to the Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (FUNAI), Ebonyi State in support of the institution’s campus green initiative.
The former Commissioner of Agriculture in Imo State said his decision to make the donation was to support the infrastructural revolution going on in the University, adding “if you see what is good you contribute to it.
He equally praised the ownership mentality of most staff and students of the University which make them to contribute to the development of the University, emphasizing that staff’s contribution to the construction of the culvert which allowed for the opening of the University main gate and erection of waste bins around the campus by pioneers students were novel in the Nigerian system.
