Candidates should possess at least a B.Sc or HND in Accounting from a recognized institution, plus six (6) years post-qualification experience, out of which three (3) must be in a tertiary institution. Membership of a recognized professional body is required.

Candidates should possess at least a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting from a recognized institution plus 3 years cognate experience. Registration with a recognized professional body will be an added advantage.

In addition, candidates should have sound knowledge in purchasing and supply and Stores Management, records management, marketing and insurance, auditing and stock record management and good leadership skills.

Candidates should possess HND/B.Sc Degree plus minimum of six (6) years cognate experience. Candidates should also possess leadership qualities in management and record keeping.

(ii) Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized University with nine (9) years working experience, out of which three (3) years must be from a tertiary institution plus membership of ARCON. Cognate administrative experience is an added advantage.
(b) Principal Engineer (CONUSSS 11)
Candidates should possess a good honors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) from a recognized University, with nine (9) years post-qualification experience plus registration with a recognized professional body.
(c) Principal Quantity Surveyor (CONUSSS 11)
(i) Candidates should possess a good honors degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University plus nine (9) years post-qualification experience plus registration with a recognized professional body.
(ii) HND in Quantity Surveying plus 12 years cognate experience and membership of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS).

Candidates should possess five credits including English Language in WAEC, NECO, or GCE at not more than two sittings. In addition, they should be at least an ex Inspector of police or its equivalent in the Armed Forces with not less than eight (8) years experience.

(b) Senior Medical Officer (CONUSSS 11)
(i) Candidates should possess an MBBS plus three (3) years residency/post-housemanship experience; or
(ii) MBBS plus diploma in a medically related discipline. Membership of Medical & Dental Council of Nigeria is required.
(c) Senior Pharmacist (CONUSSS 11)
Candidates should possess a B. Pharm or B.Sc. Pharmacy degree from a recognized university with three (3) years post-registration experience plus membership of the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria.
(d) Senior Nursing Officer (CONUSSS 9)
(i) Candidates should be members of the Nurses Registration Council of Nigeria (NRCN) or Nigeria Registered Midwives (NRM) with six (6) years post-registration experience or possess specialist qualification in intensive care nursing, coronary care nursing or public health; or
(ii) Bachelor of Nursing plus three years post-qualification experience.
(e) Nursing Officer I (CONUSSS 8)
Qualifications are the same as for senior Nursing Officer but with four (4) years post-qualification experience.
(f) Nursing Officer (CONUSSS 6)
Candidates should possess NRCN or NRM membership.

(i) Candidates should possess a good honors degree from a recognized University in Mass Communication, Public Relations or any other relevant degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences with at least nine (9) years cognate experience plus evidence of membership of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR); or
(ii) Masters degree in a relevant field with at least six (6) years cognate experience plus membership of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

HND/AIST or equivalent in the relevant field plus a minimum of twelve (12) years cognate experience in Laboratory Technology or FILST plus a minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience.
